According to a statement made by Amazon on Thursday, Alexa.com will cease to exist on May 1, 2022, the service’s 26th anniversary.

The Jeff Bezos-founded company did not specify why it was discontinuing the service, but Alexa.com’sularity has been declining for several years, as it appears that most website owners are unconcerned about how Amazon ranks them.

It can also be used to keep track of competitors’ performance.

Web traffic data, global rankings, and other information on over 30 million websites are also available on the site.

‘We offer a comparable nation-specific ranking, which is a gauge of how a website has performed in relation to other websites in a given country during the previous month.’
