A short video clip that has gone viral on social media shows the moment a mentally Challenged woman in Port Harcourt, Rivers state, stopped a truck from proceeding.
She took a stand in front of the vehicle and raised her hand, causing the driver to come to a complete stop. The truck driver continued to honk at her, but she refused to move.
The bizarre incident drew a mob of onlookers who watched and recorded her in awe.
