C to party goers at a nightclub in Port Hacourt.
The man whose is suspected to be a yahoo boy was filmed at a club in Rivers state holding Hundreds Naira notes he intended to spray which had already wrapped with a red bead and cowry.
The video shows the moment club goers were patiently waiting for him to start throwing the cash in the air.
